We have planned multiple outages this week on Wednesday and Thursday please see the details below for more information. On Wednesday we are applying monthly security updates and maintenance on our servers and systems to ensure you are provided with highly secure and highly available IT system at Dio.
After the second Tuesday of each month you will find your Windows computer may take longer to shut down or start up because the Microsoft updates have been applied to it. You do not have to restart your computer immediately after the updates are applied however please do so by the end of the week.
If you have a Macbook or an iPad, please make sure to regularly install updates as well. This helps keeping your device secure and up to the latest version of its operating system.
