Login to DioConnect:
- Launch the diocesan.school.nz website.
- Click the DioConnect Login link (located top right of the screen).
- Type your username (you can use either your registered email address or user ID number) and password (if you have forgotten this please click reset password)
- Click the Log On button
Login to My Monitor:
- Click on the My Monitor icon (located to the right of the screen, half way down)
- If prompted to do so, select the Parent option box
- The first time you log in you will be prompted to accept the terms and conditions. Click the Create Account button.
To Add Funds to your daughter’s My Monitor account:
- Login to My Monitor
- Click the
button to the right of the screen next to the relevant account (i.e. Bus) for your daughter who is to receive the funds.
- Select the amount you want to deposit. This deposit should cover at least 10 trips if your daughter is to be regularly using the service. Please refer to Bus Trip Costs for the charges that apply to your daughter.
- Select the Credit Card payment option.
- Click the “Remember my card” button (so that you can set an Auto Top-up) (if you have done this before for another account, you will need to do it again for the bus account)
- Follow the prompts for your credit cards details.
- A receipt screen will appear giving details of your completed transaction. (You will also receive a payment receipt email).
- Click the back button to return to your list of accounts. You will see the updated balance. (These funds are available for immediate use.)
- Proceed to Step 3 in the following instructions for setting up an Auto Top-up.
Set up an Auto Top-up
- Log in to My Monitor
- Deposit funds to your daughter's Bus account using your Credit Card as per the above instructions, steps 2-8
- Again click the
button to the right of the screen next to the relevant account (i.e. Bus)
- Under the Balance Top-Up and Notifications tab, tick the button for auto top-ups and enter the amount details. The top-up amount should cover at least 10 trips if your daughter is to be regularly using the service, otherwise please select a top-up of at least $25. Please refer to Bus Trip Costs for the charges that apply to your daughter.
Set up Low balance warning emails (not necessary if you have an auto top-up)
- Log in to My Monitor
- Click the
button to the right of the screen next to the relevant account (e.g. Bus)
- Under the Balance Top-Up and Notifications tab, tick the notify me box and enter the notification trigger amount (e.g. $10)
- Press Save
View Deposit and Purchase History
- Log in to My Monitor
- Click on the
icon to the top right of the screen.
- Choose a summary or detail statement for any or all of your daughter’s accounts (print, café, shop, bus) over the date range you are interested in and click “View Statement”.
- You can also request statements to be regularly emailed to you
- Login in to My Monitor
- Click on
in the menu bar to the left of the screen
- Select the frequency and type of statement you would like to receive
- Click Save
To remove stored credit card details
- Log in to My Monitor
- Click on
in the menu bar to the left of the screen
