Adding Funds
- Login to My Monitor
- Click the green Add Value button (See image above) to the right of the screen next to the relevant account, e.g. café, for your daughter who is to receive the funds.
- Select the amount you want to deposit.
- Select whether you wish to pay via Credit Card or Internet Banking
- If paying by Credit Card and you wish to use the Auto Top-Up facility, Click the Remember my card button
- Follow the prompts for your bank account or credit cards details.
- A receipt screen will appear giving details of your completed transaction. (You will also receive a payment receipt email).
- Click the back button to return to your list of accounts. You will see the updated balance. (These funds will appear in the Balance column and are available for immediate use.)
- Click the Sign Out button (located to the left of the screen)
Note: Students get a $50 printing allowance, which is reset at the beginning of each year. This appears under Quota for the Print account. Once the quota has been used, funds need to be added to the print account to enable printing.
Note: Credit card details are processed separately for the Bus accounts, so if using this you need to deposit funds and save your card details against this account specifically as well.
Set up an Auto Top-up
Recommended
- Log in to My Monitor
- Deposit funds to your account using your Credit Card as per the above instructions, steps 2-8
- Again, click the green Add Value button to the right of the screen next to the relevant account, e.g. café.
- Under the Balance Top-Up and Notifications tab, tick the button for auto top-ups and enter the amount details. Please make your top-up at least $20 but more if frequent purchases are made from the café or you are purchasing bus concession tickets.
Storing and/or Removing Credit Card Details
Card details can be stored by clicking on the Remember my card button when making a payment.
To remove stored card details:
- Log in to My Monitor
- Click on Manage Your Stored Cards in the menu bar to the left of the screen
Set up low balance warning notification email
Recommended if you do not have an auto top-up.
- Log in to My Monitor
- Click the green Add Value button to the right of the screen next to the relevant account, e.g. café.
- Under the Balance Top-Up and Notifications tab, tick the notify me box and enter the notification trigger amount, e.g. $10.
- Press Save.
View Deposit and Purchase History
- Log in to My Monitor
- Click on the View Statements icon to the top right of the screen.
- Choose a summary or detail statement for any or all of your daughter’s accounts (print, café, shop, bus) over the date range you are interested in and click View Statement.
- You can also request statements to be regularly emailed to you
- Login in to My Monitor.
- Click on Change your settings in the menu bar to the left of the screen.
- Select the frequency and type of statement you would like to receive.
- Click Save.
