For iOS devices:
- On your device, go to "Settings" and select Wi-Fi.
- Check which Wi-Fi is ticked.
- If it is on “Diocesan,” then you are on the correct Wi-Fi.
- If it is on “DioWifi,” please proceed to step 3
- Click on (i) which is on the right side of “DioWifi”. Click on “Forget this network”. Connect to Diocesan and when you get a warning about a digital certificate, click on "Trust" and you should re-connect.
- If you are still unable to connect to Diocesan after the above steps, click on (i) next to Diocesan and click forget this network then try connecting to "Diocesan" again.
For Macbook users:
- Click the Wi-Fi icon in the menu bar, and check which Wi-Fi is ticked.
- If it’s on “Diocesan,” then you are on the correct Wi-Fi.
- If it’s on “DioWifi,” please proceed to the next steps
- Click on "Open Network Preferences”.
- Click on “Advance”
- Select “DioWifi” and click on the minus “-“ sign.
- Click Ok then Apply.
- Close the window and click back on the Wi-Fi icon , connect to “Diocesan” Wi-fi. When you get a warning about a digital certificate click on "Trust" and you should re-connect.
- If you are still unable to connect to "Diocesan," repeat steps 2 to 3 then select "Diocesan" and click on the minus "-" sign. Click Ok then Apply. Try connect to "Diocesan" again.
For Windows laptop Users:
- Click on the Wi-Fi icon located at the bottom right corner of the screen. You will need to undock your laptop to see the Wi-Fi icon.
- If are connected to Diocesan, then you are on the correct Wi-Fi.
- If it’s on “DioWifi,” please proceed to the next steps:
- Right-click on the Windows button and click search. Enter the word wifi and click select Wi-Fi settings. Click on Manage known networks. Click on “DioWifi” and select Forget. Close the window. At the bottom right corner, click on the Wi-Fi icon and connect to Diocesan. When you get a warning about a digital certificate, click on "Trust" and you should re-connect.
- If you are still unable to connect to Diocesan, right-click on the Windows button and click search. Enter the word wifi and click select Wi-Fi settings. Click on Manage known networks. Click on “Diocesan” and select Forget. Close the window. At the bottom right corner, click on the Wi-Fi icon and connect to Diocesan.
